Ondria Hardin for Dazed Magazine Summer 2014
Unfortunately summer is almost over in the northern hemisphere and that means that we all have to go back to school/work.
I don’t know you guys but I always want to look my best for the first days of school as if that could impress people and let them think that I spent a wonderful summer and that I took care of my body (I always try to loose weight at the end of the summer and I want to make sure that my hair and eyebrows look good)
The worst part is picking the right outfits. It can be a very struggle and you can find yourself lying hopelessly on the bedroom floor with nothing to wear. I heard a lot of people picking their outfits the night before but I’m not such an organized person so I prefer picking my OOTD at the moment depending on my mood and the weather.
With fall/winter coming I’m used to do a little shopping to have some of the new trends in my closet and that’s probably the most exciting part! I live in Italy and sadly a lot of cool shops that I like such as Urban Outfitters, Topshop, River Island and Forever 21 don’t have physical shops here so I had to get used to shop online.
Unfortunately those brands are all more or less expensive and as most of the teenagers on earth I’m broke af most of the times so I had to find an alternative. I searched for nice and cheap shops online for a long time before finding a super cool one. As time passing and as myself growing I realized that I don’t need clothes from expensive brands to look fashion because what really matters is how I style them.
After what I just said, let’s get back to the main topic of this post: getting ready for school and especially choosing the right outfit.
I like wearing really plain and comfort clothes at school since I know I’m still little (I’m 16 and it would be ridiculous to wear heels at High School if you get what I’m saying) and we have a lot of tests everyday and I can’t bear to wear also uncomfortable clothes while I’m struggling to write something down on my paper during a math test.
I’m going to put together 5 comfy but fashionable outfits for all body types and all dress codes for going back to school so hopefully this will help you to rock your inner diva.
Outfit n.1: Jacket | Top | Bottoms | Shoes | Necklace | Bracelet
Outfit n.2: Jacket | Top | Bottoms | Shoes | Necklace | Bracelet
Outfit n.3: Jacket | Top | Bottoms | Shoes | Necklace | Bracelet

That’s it! I hope you found this post helpful and don’t hesitate to message me for further tips! xx
